Rental terms and conditions

1) Usually RTC rental rates and prices do not include the following:
- Value Added Tax (VAT)
- fuel
- Transportation costs
- Insurance
- Driver fee
2) Rental fee is calculated according to the period of tenant's machine possession
3) Daily maintenance is the responsibility of the tenants. If the lessor finds equipment damaged Caused by the fault of the tenant The tenant will be responsible for any expenses incurred. Including shipping cost
4) The tenant will pay the rent as scheduled. Except for any force majeure Which is provided by law only
5) Costs of installation or assembly of rental machinery It is the responsibility of the tenant.
6) The standard working hours of rental machinery are 8 hours per day, 240 hours per month, an additional cost will be charged if the working hours exceed the standard operating hours.
7) Set price for 2 weeks from the date of quotation.
8) By confirmation in this quotation The lessee agrees and accepts the case where the lessor provides staff to control the operations of the tenant's property. Whether there is any mistake The lessor will be responsible for the expenses. Or any damages up to ten percent of the total rent Tenants can claim compensation. If the tenant can prove to be the lessor's fault
9) Payment terms will be negotiated before the rental starts.
10) The company reserves the right to change the rates and prices of rental products without prior notice.

Operator working rules (Machine operator)
1) Under the Labor Protection Act, working hours are set to be between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm including a 1 hour break, which is 8 hours per day or 6 consecutive days per week.
2) Operator staff will control only Rent's machines. Only one device per person
3) Safety always comes first Therefore, the operator may stop the operation for any safety-related reasons. When the operator sees that further operations may be dangerous
4) The tenant cannot choose the operator himself. The lessor can change the operator without prior notice. In any case
5) Holiday hours, including cumulative overtime hours, cannot exceed 36 hours per week per operator.
